COMPUTER LAB

Chebrolu Hanumaiah Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (CHIPS) houses a well-equipped Computer Laboratory designed to support both academic and research activities. The lab plays a vital role in enhancing students’ technological skills and facilitating various academic requirements across the curriculum.

The lab is spread over a 100 sq. meter, fully air-conditioned area, providing a comfortable and focused learning environment. It is equipped with:

  • 30 high-performance desktop computers

  • An IBM Server for centralized data management and network connectivity

The computer lab serves multiple academic purposes, including:

  • Communication Skills Laboratory: Enabling students to enhance their language proficiency through interactive learning tools and digital resources.

  • Computer Applications in Pharmacy: Supporting coursework that integrates technology with pharmaceutical sciences.

  • Research Support: Allowing students and faculty to engage in literature review, thesis writing, article preparation, and online browsing for academic and professional growth.

High-speed internet connectivity and updated software are maintained regularly to ensure smooth operation and access to global academic resources.
