ANIMAL HOUSE

Animal House at Chebrolu Hanumaiah Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences is set up with in the college campus in a separate building with an area of 1500 sq.ft. It is set up according to the Committee for Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CCSEA) guidelines with One-way entry corridor system to minimize cross-contamination and to maintain a clean and controlled environment for the animals. The facility is well ventilated and furnished with cages providing necessary conditions for housing of various laboratory animals like Rats, Mice, Rabbits etc. The central air-conditioned environment in the animal house ensures that the temperature and humidity levels are controlled, which is important for the health of the animals. With all these facilities in place, the Animal House is set up to support high-quality research while adhering to ethical standards for animal care.
